The first date
of travel determines the fare to be charged.
Provided it
has been validated, bears the holder’s name, passport number and signature,
and has not reached its expiry date, the Pass entitles the holder to travel
only between the designated cities shown in the current *Eurolines Pass
brochure.

year(s) shown on the Pass brochure.
The Eurolines
Pass is not refundable nor transferable. Misuse of the Pass may lead to
forfeiture. No refunds will be made for lost or stolen Passes.
A valid passport
(and visa where necessary) is required for each leg of the journey.
Customers are
advised to reserve each journey at the designated Eurolines office or coach
station at least 24 hours in advance. In high season it is advisable to
make a reservation well in advance
Only if you
make a reservation, you are guaranteed a seat.
When changing
reservations, a reservation fee shall be charged. When failed to make a
reservation, you can be put on the short list.
The first journey
may be booked when purchasing the Pass. Purchases made outside the country
from where the Pass starts may be charged a reservation fee equivalent
to US $ 5 in local currency. All subsequent reservations can only be made
in the city of departure, for which no fee will be charged.
All tickets
are sold subject to the standard Conditions of Carriage for the Members
of the Eurolines Organisation. In so far as these and other carriers’ conditions
apply, these are implicitly accepted when you place a booking. Copies of
the Conditions of Carriage are available for inspection at the local offices.
Children under
4 years will be charged the child fare which is 20% of the full fare.
Children aged
4-12 years will be charged 50% of the full fare. Passengers aged 13-26
travel on a Youth Fare Pass, as do senior citizens over 60 years.
Timetable information
is subject to change.
Due to legislation,
some connections between cities in one country can only be traveled as
part of an international through journey. Please check the timetables for
all routes available.

BOHEMIA
EUROEXPRESS INTERNATIONAL, s.r.o. (BEI) tickets are valid only when in
original cover. Traveling coupons can be only detached by the selling
person and drivers. The traveling coupons that were detached by mistake
by selling person or driver are to be returned to the traveling person
when indicated with relevant note, stamped and signed by selling person
or driver.

Ticket is a traveling document for one person, is not transferable.
b)
Ticket is always issued with the concrete travel date, only in case of
return ticket, the ticked for the way back can be issued with the open
term.

No
refunds will be made for lost ticket. Duplicates of tickets are not issued,
copies and fax copies are not considered as documents that entitle to transit.

Fare
and discounts
Fare
and discounts are always introduced in valid time tables of individual
lines. Traveler who is a subject to discount is compulsory to prove the
claim, both when buying ticket and later when traveling. In case that the
traveler is not able to prove the claim for discount, his travel document
will be considered void and the traveler with this document loses the right
for transit. The same is valid for the following regulations of advantageous
fare in Czech crowns.
In
case, that there is a advantageous fare in Czech crowns on one of the lines,
it is valid only for travelers who are citizens of the Czech Republic,
are the bearers of Czech republic ID or passport both designated Czech
Republic and are purchasing the ticket on the territory of the Czech Republic.
Other traveling persons, including foreigners with Czech Republic green
card, are to pay on the whole territory of the Czech Republic the sum in
Czech crowns that is calculated from the fare designated in the time table
in convertible currency and valid official changing rate for the day of
purchase, if not otherwise stated in the time table.
On
the territory of foreign country all travelers including the citizens of
the Czech Republic have to pay the fare set in a foreign currency.

Conditions
for refunding.
Ticket
is possible to be returned before departure of the line only at the place
of issuing where the ticket was bought under following conditions:
| a) |
When
returned more than 48 hours before departure of the line 10% fee is charged
from the price of the ticket. |
| b) |
When
returned more than 24 hours before the departure of the line and less than
48 hours before the departure of the line 50% fee is charged from the price
of the ticket. |
| c) |
When
returned less than 24 hours before the departure of the line 80%
fee is charged from the price of the ticket. |
| d) |
The
ticket is void after the departure of the line. It is possible to return
the ticket at the operator of the line only in case of serious reasons.
Request for refund has to be applied in a written form with all corresponding
documents. |
| e) |
When
the return ticked is returned the fee is assessed from the price of the
the whole ticket according to the date of departure of the ticket for the
way there according to a) – c). |
| f) |
When
returning the return ticket it is possible to individually return only
the ticket for the way back. After the deduction of the complete price
of the one way fare the fee assessed from the remaining fare
according to the conditions for the refunding at a) – c). |

By
the time of the ticket purchase traveler is guaranteed a seat relevant
to the date of the journey stated in the ticket. Only in case of the ticket
with the open return date the traveler is mandatory to reserve the seat.
The validity of the open return ticket has to be designated (2 – 6 months)
on the ticket by the operator of the line.

Any
charges for luggage are payable locally according to the tariffs designated
in the time tables of individual lines. The checking in of the luggage
is done right at the bus.

| 8. |
Operator
is responsible only for the luggage placed in the luggage room of the bus
and that was properly checked in by driving personnel and the traveler
received the control coupon for this luggage as a proof. Traveler is mandatory
to submit this coupon when receiving the luggage or when claiming damage
of the luggage or when claiming the lost of the luggage.

Operator is
not responsible for the hand luggage placed in the room for travelers and
this transported luggage is not a subject for any charge.

| 10. |
If traveler
or his/her luggage suffers a damage during the transit and the operator
is liable for it, it is needed to make the relevant claim at the operator
who was responsible for the transit in the day of the journey.

| 11. |
The operator
is not liable for the damages that occurred by delaying, not realization
of the journey or for the missing of the next connection that was provably
not caused by operator.

| 12. |
The in-country
transit is excluded on the international lines.
|
| 13. |
Transit is
allowed only to the destinations designated in time tables.
|
| 14. |
At the border
there is necessary stop made only to clear travelers through the
Customs not the luggage. These stops don’t also serve for getting on/off
of the travelers. The travelers are responsible themselves for the customs
and passport formalities.

| 15. |
Bicycles and
animals are transported only after previous agreement of the operator of
the line if it is not designated otherwise in the time table.
|
| 16. |
The change
of the date in already issued ticket can be made only once at the
BEI place of sale for the administrative fee of 50 Kc at least
48 hours before the departure of originally designated connection. Abroad
this service can be performed at the place of sale of foreign partner for
their administrative fee. In both cases the change of the date must be
properly designated in the ticket and confirmed by the office that is legitimate
to perform the requested change (signature, stamp, date). The ticket in
which the date of the journey was changed is not returnable.

The conformation
of open ticket on the concrete date is performed at the BEI places of sale
without any charge. Abroad this service can be performed at the place of
sale of foreign partner for their administrative fee
